Library rules

The library of the institute is rich in modern books. There is a large collection of high quality books on various subjects. There is a reading room attached to the library, where there is complete arrangement for quiet reading. During study time, a separate collection of books required for reference is kept in the reading room itself. While using the library and the reading room, the students are expected to follow the rules, orders and commands prescribed and directed by the library. Writing on the books, magazines, newspapers and other periodicals of the reading room or library, tearing pages or pictures or damaging the furniture and other library property is a serious crime and disciplinary action will be taken against the guilty students. It is mandatory for the students to show their identity card on demand by the library staff. Without identity card, candidates can also be denied entry into the library or the reading room. Poor and meritorious candidates are also given books for the entire session from the book bank.
